For more than 30 years, Boulevard Dental has been your path to a healthier, more vibrant smile in the Seminole and Clearwater, Florida area. The Seminole office is led by our dental team of Drs. Chris Wujick and Lester Castillo, while Dr. Jason Kopakin leads our Clearwater office. Dr. Skyler Clark is available at both office locations. Most of our dentists are native Floridians, all have received training at the University of Florida (Go Gators!), and everyone is committed to making our communities a better place, both by contributing to grassroots causes and through their talents in supporting better health through oral health. Altogether, they have more than 50 years of experience in dentistry to support your family’s best smiles.
Do you see patients of all ages?
We welcome all members of your family. We know that healthy habits are acquired. The earlier that we can establish these habits, the better off your child will be. So, we encourage you to get your child acquainted with us early in their life. It’s about getting your child familiar with both our team and the process of cleaning and checking their teeth. Our dentists and teams also appreciate that our neighbors in Seminole and Clearwater never lose the desire to have an attractive smile. We provide a full range of cosmetic and restorative dentistry procedures to older adults and seniors, too. And know this: Age is not a disease. Tooth loss is not a “normal” part of aging. What if I have an emergency?
Contact us right away! We take great pride in our responsiveness. Even if you don’t have a pre-scheduled appointment, we can accommodate your needs. We strive to see patients with urgent needs and emergencies on the same day. We can also advise on ways to keep you comfortable until you get to our office. Things like how you handle and store a knocked-out tooth can make a real difference in our ability to “save” that tooth once you can see one of our dentists.
Do you have Spanish speakers on staff?
Yes! We believe that all members of our community should feel welcome and have quality, accessible care within reach. Many of our neighbors in Seminole and in Clearwater appreciate that Dr. Castillo is a native Spanish speaker hailing from Cuba. Other members of our team are also fluent in Spanish and other languages to make you feel at home. Additionally, we believe it is important to provide clear and transparent education and communication to all patients. This information empowers you to make the best decisions about your oral health and to better understand your needs. So, that way, you can care for your mouth effectively at home and when you can’t be at our office. Our fluency and inclusivity lend themselves well to this approach, which lifts and inspires all members of our community and not just a select few.
Can I afford dental care?
Every effort is made to lift barriers to members of our communities getting the care that they need, and everyone needs routine oral care. Financial concerns are one of the biggest barriers that we see and that we have lifted. We provide flexible options for payment. For instance, you don’t have to pay for everything up front. With CareCredit®, you can stretch your payments out over several months, if not longer, depending on financing terms. Often, your treatment may be financed at 0% interest if paid within a generous promotional period. We also prioritize treatments by urgency for those with more extensive needs. This approach gives you some breathing room, as you can pay as we work our way through your treatment journey.

Skyler Clark, DMD
Dr. Skyler Clark graduated with a perfect 4.00 GPA from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and received the Academy of General Dentistry Senior Student Dental Award. Furthering his expertise, he completed an AEGD at the University of Florida. Dr. Clark excels in various dental procedures, from implants to Invisalign. He prioritizes trust and empathy in his patient relationships and is dedicated to ongoing education to deliver top-quality care.
Christopher Wujick, DMD
Dr. Christopher Wujick earned his B.S. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Florida and completed his DMD. at their College of Dentistry in 2004. A dedicated academic, he stays current with hundreds of hours in continuing education across all areas of dentistry. Dr. Wujick is a Past President of the Tampa Bay and Florida Academies of General Dentistry. An active member of the Pinellas County Dental Association, ADA, AGD, and Florida Dental Association, he has served the Pinellas County Health Department since 2005 and organized the Give Kids a Smile program for three years.
Dr. Jason Kopakin
Dr. Jason Kopakin is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he earned both his bachelor’s degree and dental degree. He has advanced training and experience in implant restorations, Invisalign®, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Kopakin is a dedicated member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, and Florida Dental Association. He also served as the past president of the Tampa Bay Academy of General Dentistry, demonstrating his commitment to advancing the field of dentistry.
Dr. Lester Castillo
Dr. Lester Castillo has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science from the University of South Florida and earned his dental degree from the University of Florida in 2019. He has completed advanced training with a focus on Implant Dentistry and incorporates digital dentistry into his practice. His specialties include prevention, crowns and bridges, dentures, root canals, fillings, extractions, and implants. Dr. Castillo is passionate about continuing education and has completed a Fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI).
