At Boulevard Dental, Dr. Chris Wujick and his team believe quality dental care should be accessible, straightforward, and stress-free. For patients without traditional dental insurance, or those frustrated by coverage limits, our in-office membership plan offers a simple, affordable alternative.
Below are answers to the most common questions patients ask about our membership plan and how it works for individuals and families in Clearwater and Seminole, Florida:
Our in-office membership plan is a yearly dental savings program designed to help patients receive preventive and restorative care without the hassles of insurance. Instead of paying monthly premiums, deductibles, or filing claims, members pay a flat annual fee and receive included preventive services plus exclusive savings on additional treatments. It’s an ideal solution for patients who want predictable costs and immediate access to care.
The adult annual membership includes two professional healthy mouth cleanings (in the absence of periodontal disease), all periodic, comprehensive, and emergency exams, and intraoral digital X-rays. Members also receive 20% off most dental procedures, helping lower out-of-pocket costs throughout the year. There are no deductibles, annual maximums, or pre-authorizations required, so you can focus on your oral health, not paperwork.
Our child membership plan is designed to support growing smiles. It includes two professional healthy mouth cleanings, all routine and emergency exams, intraoral digital X-rays, fluoride treatments, and 20% off eligible dental procedures. Like the adult plan, it offers immediate eligibility and no hidden fees, making preventive care easy and affordable for families.
The adult membership is $275 per year, while the child membership is $200 per year. These flat annual fees often cost less than traditional dental insurance premiums and can result in meaningful savings, especially for patients who require restorative or ongoing dental care. With no deductibles or surprise charges, budgeting for your dental health is simple and transparent.
No. One of the biggest advantages of our membership plan is immediate eligibility. Once enrolled, you can schedule appointments and start using your benefits right away, without waiting periods or delays.
Unlike insurance, our plan has no claim forms, no coverage restrictions, and no yearly maximums. You won’t encounter surprise denials or limitations on necessary care. The plan provides greater flexibility and transparency, allowing you and your dentist to focus on what’s best for your smile.
This plan is ideal for individuals, families, retirees, and self-employed patients who don’t have dental insurance or want a simpler alternative. If you value predictable pricing, comprehensive preventive care, and real savings without the insurance hassle, the Boulevard Dental membership plan may be right for you.
